Reunite before your flight.
We send your bags to the Yamato counter at KIX. To collect them, show your Yamato tracking number and passport. The sender name on the airport shipment must exactly match the name on your passport. Pickup is at the counter, not your boarding gate.

If actual storage exceeds 5 days, additional storage is USD 9 per bag per day and is charged separately after we confirm arrival. Maximum total storage is 14 days. Shipping to Osaka is arranged and paid for separately by you. Total dimensions = height + width + depth, including handles and wheels.

A few things to know.
Can I book or send my luggage now?
Yes. Choose your luggage size, enter your flight and contact details, and complete checkout. After you receive your booking confirmation and shipping instructions, arrange delivery to our Osaka location. Please do not send luggage before your booking is confirmed.
Do you collect from my hotel?
You arrange and pay for delivery to our Osaka storage location. Your hotel may be able to help, but hotel collection is not included in our service.
Which airport do you deliver to?
Kansai International Airport (KIX) only. We do not deliver to Itami, Kobe, Haneda or Narita. At the Yamato counter, present your tracking number and passport to collect your luggage. The sender name on the airport shipment must match the name on your passport.
How early should my luggage arrive?
Your luggage must arrive at our Osaka location by 12:00 noon (Japan Standard Time) two calendar days before your KIX flight departure. Enter your planned hotel shipment date in the booking form and allow enough time for delivery. Delivery time varies by origin and carrier, so the shipment date is not the Osaka arrival date. For an October 10 flight, the Osaka arrival deadline is October 8 at 12:00 noon JST. We dispatch to KIX that day. This is not a same-day airport delivery service.
What happens if my bag is larger or heavier?
We plan to check dimensions and weight on arrival. Any change in price will be explained before requesting additional payment. Bags over 200 cm or 30 kg are outside the planned service limits.

Both plans include up to 5 days of storage in Osaka. Storage is counted by calendar day in Japan Standard Time (JST), including the day your luggage arrives and the day we dispatch it to KIX.
