Send your luggage to our Osaka storage location, travel with less to carry, and collect it at the designated Yamato counter at Kansai International Airport (KIX).

Choose your luggage size

• Standard: up to 160 cm total dimensions and 25 kg per bag.
• Large / Heavy: above the Standard allowance, up to 200 cm total dimensions and 30 kg per bag.

Total dimensions = height + width + depth, including handles and wheels. Both size and weight limits apply.

Storage period and extension

Standard: USD 49 per bag. Large / Heavy: USD 69 per bag. Both include up to 5 days of storage in Osaka and delivery to Kansai International Airport (KIX).

Additional storage: USD 9 per bag per day from day 6. Maximum total storage period: 14 days.

Storage is counted by calendar day in Japan Standard Time (JST), including both the day your luggage arrives at our Osaka location and the day we dispatch it to KIX. Transit days after dispatch are not counted.

How it works

1. Choose your luggage size and quantity, enter your trip details, and complete payment.
2. Use your booking instructions to arrange and pay for delivery to Osaka. Include your booking number on every bag.
3. Report the delivery company and tracking number for each bag.
4. We receive and store your luggage, then send it to the Yamato counter at KIX for collection.

Osaka arrival deadline

Your luggage must arrive at our Osaka location by 12:00 noon Japan Standard Time, two calendar days before your flight departure from KIX. We dispatch it to KIX on that day. This is the arrival deadline at our location, not the deadline to send the bag from your hotel.

Collect your luggage at KIX

At the designated Yamato counter, show your Yamato tracking number and passport. The sender name on the airport shipment must exactly match the name on your passport. Enter your name exactly as printed on your passport, including the same spelling and order. We do not need a copy of your passport. The phone number you provide at booking will be used as the sender phone number on the Yamato airport shipment.

Delivery to Osaka is arranged and paid for separately by you. Hotel collection is not included. Keep your passport, medication, valuables and travel essentials with you. Airport collection is at the Yamato counter, not your boarding gate.
